Previously, Neil held significant roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as Global Head of Mortgage Transformation and at Campion Willcocks Consulting LLP as Client Engagement Director. Neil's tenure at Barclays spanned from August 1989 to February 2014, where notable positions included Director of Retail Lending Transformation and Director of Operations for Mortgages and Specialist Servicing, marked by impressive achievements in digital strategy and operational efficiency. Neil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and Management from UMIST and an ACIB from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
