Anna Moore

Anna Moore (FCIPD) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the HR field. Anna is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Form3, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, Anna was the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Pollinate International from March 2018 to January 2024. At Pollinate International, they led the People function for a FinTech scale-up, focusing on employee relations and people expertise.

Before joining Pollinate International, Anna worked at Marks and Spencer for several years. Anna held various roles, including Head of Employee Relations from January 2012 to February 2018, where they led a specialist team providing expert ER advice to UK and international teams. Anna also served as a Senior Employee Relations Manager from January 2008 to January 2012, where they provided ER advice on business change programs and drove strategic ER initiatives. Anna's early experience at Marks and Spencer includes being the Head of HR for different groups in the Head Office, where they worked closely with directors to develop effective people strategies and foster a dynamic culture.

Anna Moore (FCIPD) graduated from the University of Bristol in 1995 with a BA Hons in Spanish and Portuguese. Prior to their university education, they attended The Abbey School in Reading from 1984 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2015.
