Carol Lovesey

Carol Lovesey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and client relations. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Form3 since September 2023, Lovesey has also operated as a Professional Organiser with Lovesey Organising since December 2019. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at Solaris SE and Peak Technologies Ltd, and EMEA Senior Client Service Manager at SunGard (now part of FIS), where Lovesey managed strategic client relationships and ensured adherence to service level agreements. Additional experience includes a role as Key Customer Care Manager at Bottomline Technologies and various positions in business development and client support dating back to the late 1990s.
