Phil Boyer

Phil Boyer is a Partner at Crosslink Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm in the SF Bay Area managing over $4 billion in assets under management since July 2014. Boyer leads early-stage investments with a focus on AI, data, developer tools, and deep tech across enterprise and vertical markets. Additionally, Boyer serves on the advisory board of Alpha Network and has held investment and board observer roles at Weave HQ, where investment was sourced at Series B and continued through its IPO. Notable board positions include leadership roles at Overjet, BetterUp, Forma.ai, Near Space Labs, OPT Industries, Griptape, and Knapsack, where investments span from Seed to Series A stages. Boyer holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
