Jocelyn Eng

Jocelyn Eng is a seasoned project engineer currently employed at FORMA Construction Company since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an assistant project manager at Clune Construction Company from March 2019 to August 2022 and working as a project assistant at J.R. Abbott Construction Inc. from October 2017 to February 2019. Earlier roles include a service representative and estimator at Window Genie, along with internship positions in the City of Los Angeles Office of the Controller and Office of a Councilmember. Jocelyn Eng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California and previously attended Northeastern University for Industrial Engineering. Graduating from Issaquah High School in 2012, Jocelyn’s educational background lays a strong foundation for a successful career in construction and policy planning.
