Alyse Gay

Alyse Gay is an accomplished fitness professional with extensive experience in exercise and patient care. Currently serving as an Exercise Specialist at Forma Gym since January 2017, and as Co-Owner and Owner of Kaia Fit Vacaville since 2015, Alyse brings a strong leadership presence to fitness programs. As Head Coach at Kaia Fit Woodland since February 2014, Alyse has developed and led group exercise regimens while providing dietary consultations and coaching. Additionally, experience as a Physical Therapist Aide at Dignity Healthcare Inc. since August 2014 includes assisting patients in therapy, coordinating treatment plans, and managing administrative tasks. Alyse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Saint Mary's College of California, earned in 2010.
