Forma Pilates
Sydney Lastorino is a certified Pilates instructor currently teaching at Forma Pilates since April 2023, with prior experience at New York Pilates and Equinox. Lastorino has also showcased dancing talent at New York Fashion Week 2022, performing in a piece choreographed by Tony De'Berry for designer Julian Woodhouse. Additionally, Lastorino has held various positions in the dance industry, including modern and contemporary dancer at George Mason University and involvement in multiple choreography projects. An academic background includes a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University.
