Joseph MacHi

Joseph Machi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in computer system validation and quality management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Computer System Validation at TrialSpark since September 2021, Joseph oversees the Validation Program for regulated products and critical systems. Previous roles include Senior Manager Integrated Quality Management at Flatiron Health, and various positions at companies such as ADC Therapeutics, Eisai US, Oracle, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck KGaA, where responsibilities ranged from managing risk and regulatory compliance to leading GxP validation efforts. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Management Computer & Information Systems Software Development from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.
