Kanchi Duggirala

Kanchi Duggirala, MHRM, has cultivated a strong background in human resources and people operations through various roles in esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a People Operations Associate at Formation Bio since July 2022, Kanchi previously held the position of Human Resources Associate and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at United Hospital Fund from July 2021 to July 2022. Kanchi's experience also includes a stint as a Human Resources Ambassador at Ben & Jerry's, as well as roles at Rutgers University, where responsibilities encompassed graduate worker duties and serving as a Teaching Aide for Introduction to Human Resource Management. Kanchi began the professional journey with an internship in social media marketing at TULA. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, along with a minor in Psychology, all obtained from Rutgers University.
