Kenny Peng

Kenny Peng is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Formation Bio since December 2018, Kenny has held various engineering roles including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes leading a team at Amplify to enhance onboarding and enrollment systems, and as Co-Founder and Software Architect at School Yourself, where an adaptive learning platform was developed. Kenny's earlier work involved high-frequency trading systems at Athena Capital Research LLC and educational game design at the Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab. Kenny holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Management Science (Finance) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
