Lakisha Adams-Rios

Lakisha Adams-Rios has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lakisha currently works as a Learning & Development Program Manager at Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company. In this role, Lakisha is responsible for developing and managing training programs related to autonomous driving technology.

Prior to their role at Waymo, Lakisha worked as a Career Coach at Springboard, an online learning platform. Lakisha provided mentor-led online programs in UX/UI Design and was responsible for supporting students' professional and personal success.

Lakisha also served as a Career Coach at Formation, where they tailored coaching services for software engineers from nontraditional and underrepresented backgrounds. Lakisha provided unlimited mentorship and training to help them break into top-tier tech companies.

Before joining Formation, Lakisha worked at Galvanize Inc as a Program Lead on their National Launch & Expansion Team. Their responsibilities included project managing the launch of new campuses and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

Lakisha Adams-Rios has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design/Web Development from California State University, Northridge. Lakisha also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Pan African(a) Studies (African-American Studies) from the same university.
