Saleha Mehr

Saleha Mehr has experience working in various roles and industries. Saleha started their career as a Communications Coordinator at Wedding Guide New Orleans Magazine in 2016. Saleha then worked as a Program Coordinator at Ochsner Health from 2018 to 2020. In 2022, they joined TekChix Staffing & Consulting as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for full lifecycle recruiting in various IT fields. Saleha sourced candidates, reviewed resumes, scheduled interviews, and presented verbal offers. Saleha also built relationships with hiring teams and attended networking events. Currently, Saleha is a Fellowship Recruiter at Formation, which they started in 2023.
