Shiri Bibliowicz

Shiri Bibliowicz is the Head of HR at Formations. Shiri has over 8 years of experience working in Human Resources. Shiri has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Shiri started their career as an HR Generalist at RealPage, Inc. Shiri was responsible for providing strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees. Shiri also partnered with multiple departments such as Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and Payroll to address the needs of the business units.

After 3 years at RealPage, Shiri became the Human Resources Manager at NAYA Tech. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function including recruitment, orientation, training and development, employee relations, and policy development and implementation.

Most recently, Shiri has been working as the HR Manager at GPL Tax & Accounting since July 2019. In this role, they are responsible for all human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy development and implementation.

Shiri Bibliowicz has a professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from The Israeli Open University.
