Anita Monson has extensive experience in customer service and patient access roles. Experience as a Health Plan Adviser with Global Employment Solutions and a Customer Support role with AppleOne Employment Services involved guiding clients through health insurance selections and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Anita's career began in the US Army as a Medical Specialist, earning an honorable discharge.
