Sophia Lerdahl

Sophia Lerdahl has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sophia currently holds the position of VP, Solutions Design at Formative since December 2022. Sophia's work experience also includes roles at Stoked Mentoring Inc., where they served as a Consultant from August 2014 to June 2015, and at Mogl as a Consultant: Marketing and Project Manager from January 2015 to March 2015.

In 2014, Sophia embarked on a personal endeavor called Live A Big Life Ride / STOKED, where they rode their bike across the USA to raise money for a new initiative at STOKED: Live A Big Life Scholarships. Sophia successfully completed the 4,500 mile ride and secured funding for the scholarship program.

Sophia started their career at Stoked Mentoring, where they held various roles. Sophia served as a Senior Program Manager from January 2013 to February 2014, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing action sports-based initiatives for an education organization. Sophia also worked as a Program Manager from January 2012 to December 2012, overseeing all programming in New York City. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Coordinator from September 2010 to December 2011, managing after-school programs that used skateboarding as a platform to teach life skills to under-served youth in NYC.
