Michael Madigan, CPA

Michael Madigan, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999, where they worked as a Manager until 2007. Following this, they joined 3PD, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance from July 2007 to August 2013. In 2011, they became a Board Member for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York, a position they held until December 2020.

In 2013, Michael joined XPO Logistics, Inc. and held various finance positions including Vice President of Finance from August 2013 to November 2016, Senior Vice President of Finance from November 2016 to October 2019, and Senior Director of FP&A from October 2019 to September 2022.

Their next role was with Liberty Resources in September 2022, where they served as a Board Member and Treasurer. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Finance at FORME since September 2022 and is scheduled to become the Chief Financial Officer in February 2023.

Michael Madigan, CPA earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Michael later obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in August 2004.
