Oana Breen, SPHR

Oana Breen, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and people management. In their current role as Director of People and Culture at FORME, they are responsible for maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, implementing policies and systems for HR compliance, managing benefits and leave processes, and collaborating with external immigration counsel. Oana also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Flying Consult, where they designed and implemented HR functions, created hiring policies and employee handbooks, and managed various HR projects. Oana's earlier career includes roles as a Human Resources Project Manager at People Centric, a Project Manager for internal and external communication at STAR STORAGE, an Outsourced HR Coordinator and Team Lead at Accenture, a Collection Specialist at HP, and an Education Consultant at Oracle. Throughout their career, Oana has demonstrated expertise in HR processes, project management, communication, and compliance.

Oana Breen, SPHR, has a diverse educational background. Oana obtained their Master's degree in Communication, Organizational Culture, and Globalization from Aalborg University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and PR at SNSPA University of Bucharest from 2000 to 2005. In 1999, they received a Translator Diploma in Spanish and English from Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj Napoca, as issued by the Ministry of Justice.

In addition to their formal education, Oana Breen has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Oana earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in May 2021.
