Joe Arnold, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Formerra as a Sourcing Manager starting in April 2023. Prior to that, Joe worked at Shin-Etsu Silicones of America, where they held the positions of Sourcing and Materials Supervisor from December 2021 to April 2023, and Purchasing and Inventory Analyst from March 2020 to December 2021. Before their time at Shin-Etsu Silicones of America, Joe was a Customer Relations Management Representative at The Timken Company from May 2019 to February 2020. Joe also gained experience at Graco as a Purchasing Intern from May 2018 to May 2019, and at Anheuser-Busch as a Seasonal Warehouse Personnel from May 2017 to January 2018. With their background in sourcing, materials, purchasing, and customer relations, Joe brings a strong skill set to their role as a Sourcing Manager.

Joe Arnold, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Mount Union, where they attended from 2015 to 2019.
