Andrew Cao

Andrew Cao is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in product design and manufacturing technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Principle Product Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since July 2017, Andrew specializes in probe card design, CAD, and finite element analysis. Previous positions include roles as a Precision Engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, an MTS lithography engineer at Soraa, and a TSV Process Engineer at Invensas Corporation, among others. Andrew holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. A strong track record includes expertise in additive manufacturing, lithography processes, and MEMS design, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor and optics industries.
