Harshal Kasat

Harshal Kasat, CLSSGB, is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process development and optimization within the semiconductor and automotive industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager in Assembly and Test Engineering at FormFactor Inc., Harshal leads the development of advanced solder ball attach and reflow processes, contributing to new product introduction initiatives. Previous roles include Process Engineer positions at Tesla and Tokusen USA, where significant cost-saving manufacturing solutions were implemented. Harshal also has experience as a Research Aide and educator in engineering courses at Arizona State University. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai, Harshal combines academic proficiency with practical engineering expertise.
