Brian Phlipot - MBA, CSM has a wealth of experience in software development and IT applications management. Brian began their career in 2002 as IT Applications Manager at National Interstate Insurance. In 2017, they joined New Innovations, Inc. as Software Development Manager, where they provided SaaS Product Development Leadership and Coaching with an Agile mindset, and served Software Developers/Engineers, QA Testers, Architects, and Scrum Masters. In 2020, they were appointed Director Of Software Development at FormFire.

Brian Phlipot obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Mount Union between 1998 and 2002. Brian then attended Cleveland State University from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's Business Administration degree. Prior to this, they attended Versailles High School from 1995 to 1998.
