Paul Clark

Paul Clark currently serves as the Head of Production Optimization at Formic, where responsibilities include managing client relationships and driving technology adoption to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in the Robotics as a Service (RaaS) model. Previously, Paul co-founded Diamond Age, focusing on automation in the attainable housing market, successfully deploying robotic systems to construct homes. Prior experience at Tesla encompasses various leadership roles, including Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Manager for the Model 3, where Paul led engineering teams to improve automation processes. A self-employed business owner prior to Tesla, Paul managed commercial and residential construction projects, and began a career as a certified marine technician. Paul holds degrees from California Polytechnic State University and the University of California, Riverside.
