Jeffrey Giudice

Jeffrey Giudice is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and lending. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Head of Lending at Formida Capital since November 2024, Jeffrey's prior roles include Managing Director and Head of the West Coast Office at Ladder Capital Corp from June 2017 to October 2024 and Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate from September 2010 to June 2017. Early career positions include Associate roles at Mesa West Capital and UBS Investment Bank, where Jeffrey managed significant transactions and constructed detailed underwriting models. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Marketing from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, earned between 2002 and 2006.
