Sam Reffitt has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, Sam worked as a Marketing Assistant for The Great Yorkshire Show Event. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at ProspectAware Limited, first as an Account Executive and then as a Client Services Manager. In this role, they managed relationships with technology clients and contributed to business growth.
Following this, Sam joined Brierley+Partners as a Client Services Manager, where they served as the key point of contact for Hertz and managed CRM and loyalty communications campaigns. In 2016, they worked at Worm as a Client Services Consultant, where they outlined a growth strategy and improved the CRM strategy for the slow-motion camera app and sharing platform startup.
From 2017 to 2019, Sam worked at Rainmaker Consulting as an Account Director and Consultant. Sam led account executives, developed strategic initiatives, built relationships with business leaders, and optimized client experience.
From 2019 to 2021, Sam worked at Kresh Ltd as a Client Services Consultant, advising the founder of a digital agency, managing client relations, and devising CRM strategies.
Currently, Sam is working at Formidable, initially as the Account Director for EMEA and now as the Director of Global Business Development. Sam is responsible for formulating the long-term growth strategy of the organization, overseeing partnerships, influencing marketing, and developing client relationships globally.
Sam Reffitt attended Harrogate Grammar School from 2001 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Liverpool from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2011, they also attended City University of Hong Kong for a year as part of their bachelor's degree program.
