Stefan Redfield

Stefan Redfield's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Stefan started their career in 2013 at The Control Group Media Company, Inc. as a Senior Media Buyer. In 2015, they worked at Hire Up as a Software Developer. From 2016 to 2019, they held positions at Formidable, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually progressing to the role of Engineering Manager. In 2019, Stefan joined Kids on 45th as a Software Developer. Currently, they are working at Formidable as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since 2022.

Stefan Redfield obtained a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Willamette University in the years 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they enrolled in Code Fellows to pursue Full-Stack JavaScript Development, without completing a degree program.
