Ben Shey is currently the Head of Global Operations Systems and Process at Formlabs, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hale, Inc. from 2019 to 2022 and co-founded Siligrams, Inc., a company focused on personalized silicone consumer products, from 2020 to 2025. Ben has also worked as an Operations Consultant at Huron in 2018-2019. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Miami.
