Benjamin Wax is an experienced engineer specializing in settings and optimization within 3D printing technology. At Formlabs since February 2021, Benjamin has enhanced customer service feedback by defining print failure metrics and implementing non-invasive temperature monitoring during printing. Previous roles include contributions as a Print Process Engineer Intern at Formlabs, where critical decisions were made to optimize print settings, and as a Print Quality Engineer Intern at Stratasys, focusing on FDM systems and material characterization. Early experiences in 3D printing production and mechanical maintenance have provided a strong foundation in both practical and research applications of materials science.
