Bradley Heil

Bradley Heil is an experienced professional in regulatory and compliance leadership within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Global Regulatory and Compliance Leader at Formlabs since April 2022, Bradley focuses on hardware compliance, chemical compliance, and medical device regulatory quality to facilitate market entry for innovative products. Prior experience includes roles at Smith & Nephew, where responsibilities spanned from managing a regulatory operations team to overseeing regulatory strategies for the Trauma, Extremities, and Gynecology franchises. Achievements include receiving the Chief Compliance Officer’s “I Earn Trust” Award. Bradley's academic background includes an MBA in Biomedical Management from The University of Memphis and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
