Phil Carlino

Phil Carlino is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the dental industry, currently serving as the Director of NA Dental Sales at Formlabs since August 2017. In this role, Phil is responsible for developing and supporting dental channel sales, executing strategic marketing campaigns, establishing new professional partnerships, and creating sales enablement programs. Prior to Formlabs, Phil held positions as Sales Manager at Kulzer and Strategic Account Manager at Align Technology, where responsibilities included customer satisfaction and mobilizing resources to achieve sales goals. Phil began a career at Dentsply Sirona as a Senior Key Account Manager, implementing business development programs with key group accounts. Phil Carlino holds an M.B.A. in Innovative Entrepreneurialism from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Phil is also recognized as a President Cup winner.
