Thomas Orr is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in research and development, prototype engineering, and team leadership. Currently serving in Print Process R&D at Formlabs since September 2019, Thomas previously founded Jointed Extrusion Technologies, developing a novel 3D printing technique for truss-like structures. Thomas held intern positions at Tesla, where contributions included the development of production solutions for the Tesla Semi and Model 3, and at Formlabs, focusing on powder management systems.
