Daniel Rodrigues has had a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various roles. Daniel Rodrigues, most recently worked at Formnet Inc. as an Operations Project Manager, where they led a project to create a new CNC Department and managed the CNC and sorting divisions along with new plant projects.

Prior to that, Daniel worked at General Motors for several years, starting as a Production Group Leader and later taking on roles such as Crank Machining and Maintenance Group Leader and HFV6 Head and Block Machining Group Leader. In these positions, they managed teams, oversaw production and quality, initiated corrective actions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Daniel also worked at Aker Solutions as a Labourer and at The Rack & Que as a Manager earlier in their career. At General Motors, they also held positions such as Global Supply Ch Group Leader, where they worked closely with cross-departmental teams and suppliers to deliver products on time and implemented Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma approaches to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changes and drive continuous improvement.

Daniel Rodrigues, Operations Manager, obtained their Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Co-op option from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Daniel Rodrigues, studied Marketing from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel Rodrigues has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In April 2013, they received a Professional Sales Certificate from the Canadian Professional Sales Association. Furthermore, in February 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
