Massimo Palermo

Food Scientist

Massimo Palermo is a food scientist currently working at Formo since November 2023, having previously held positions as an associate food scientist and intern in food science at the same company from March to August 2023. Prior experience includes supporting biotechnological research projects at Agroscope in 2021 and completing a civilian service with Trägerverein Kinderhut in early 2021. Massimo also gained experience as a trainee in food safety and research & development at KADI AG from 2016 to 2017. Massimo holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Lebensmittelwissenschaften from Berner Fachhochschule BFH (2017-2020).
