Sara Paolini

Sara Paolini has a diverse work experience. Sara began their career in 2015 as a Mental Health Operator at Sementera Onlus. In 2018, they were an HR & Talent Management Intern at SO1.ai - Segment of One. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Architect Cohort at BCG Digital Ventures and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Forever Day One. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Partner at Trade Republic and People and Culture at Formo.

Sara Paolini completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Perugia in 2014. Sara then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Music, Flute from Conservatorio di Musica "F. Morlacchi" di Perugia in 2007. In 2017, they completed their Master of Science in Psychology of Intercultural Relations from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
