Chun Yin Lee

Chun Yin Lee has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing Representative at Chiah Lung Enterprise from December 2014 to January 2016. They then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company from January 2016 to July 2017.

In 2018, Chun Yin Lee joined the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Graduate Student Researcher, where they focused on T cell delivery and migration. They clarified T cell culture and activation protocols, built a 3D matrix for T cell migration, and analyzed T cell migration using ImageJ. Their work in this role lasted from May 2018 to July 2019.

Following their time at the university, Chun Yin Lee joined Bajaj Medical, LLC as a Quality Engineer in July 2019. In this role, they led a prescription drug project, analyzed testing data using Jupyter notebook, and obtained manufacturer approval from the FDA. They worked in this role until May 2021.

Currently, Chun Yin Lee works as a Technical Engineer at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., starting in May 2021. In this position, they cross-validate data from the Laboratory Information Management System and Operation calculation database using SQL. They also led the transition from a hands-on testing lab to a semi-automated testing lab, resulting in a 33% increase in overall team productivity.

Chun Yin Lee holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, which was attained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, Chun Yin Lee pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2017 to 2019. Chun Yin Lee's undergraduate education was completed at National Cheng Kung University, where a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering was earned between 2010 and 2014.
