Gary Allen Moore

Gary Allen Moore has been a key member of Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. since April 1992, serving as a Senior Process Safety Management Specialist II in the Chlor/Alkali-EDC Operations Division. With extensive experience in process safety management, including roles as a Coordinator for Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and various ISO certifications, Gary has been instrumental in ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of chemical processes. Notably involved in the startup of the world's largest ion exchange membrane plant for caustic soda and significant expansions, Gary's background includes certifications in Process Safety Management, Quality Control, and multiple safety programs. Previous experience at Zachry Construction Corporation involved operational safety and quality control roles, further complementing a solid educational foundation in instrumentation and chemical process management.
