Howard Huang is a Senior Application Development/Technical Service Engineer at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., with experience in developing and delivering innovative products and applications. Previously, as Technical Team Lead at LyondellBasell, Howard led a team focused on enhancing process safety, efficiency, and product quality.
