Amy Werth is an experienced project manager in the fields of interior design and facilities planning, currently employed at Forms+Surfaces since September 2019. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Facilities Planning Consultant at Fmsolutions and held the position of Interior Designer/Project Manager at Faciliteq/Avnet, where responsibilities included strategic planning and managing tenant improvements for Avnet’s America markets. From September 2008 to May 2014, Amy was a Strategist II/Project Manager at NELSON, focusing on maintaining corporate standards for Verizon Wireless. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
