Rick Brauen is an experienced technology and operations leader with a robust background in management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Forms On Fire®, Rick oversees Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations, while collaborating closely with Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams. Previous roles include significant positions at Meta, VMware, Dell EMC, and Amazon.com, where Rick demonstrated expertise in production engineering, cloud operations, and infrastructure management, managing large teams and complex projects to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Rick holds an MBA and a BA in Computer Science and Business from Pacific Lutheran University.
