Jose Paz

Technical Support Lead

Jose Paz currently serves as the Technical Support Lead at Formspree since July 2024. Previously, Jose worked at Squarespace from December 2016 to April 2020, where roles included Community Manager and Customer Care Specialist. As Community Manager, responsibilities encompassed writing, editing, and presenting webinars, as well as producing internal documentation related to social media support. Jose also co-chaired the Squarespace LGBTQIA+ ERG "Queerspace" from 2018 to 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Community Manager and Customer Operations Advisor at Justworks, focusing on social media engagement, live chat support, email support, customer workshops, and onboarding. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University and participated in a study abroad program at Goldsmiths, University of London, in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft.
