Caitlin Spika is an experienced HR and people operations professional with a diverse background in event coordination and sports management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Formstack since December 2019, Caitlin has also held titles such as Sr. People Operations Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Caitlin's career also encompasses roles such as Events Coordinator at The University of Toledo and Player Services Coordinator at the U.S. Soccer Federation, with a foundation in leasing consultancy and risk management within various organizations. Educated at Baldwin Wallace University, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management and Public Relations.
