Formula Careers is a project to help students understand how to forge a path into Formula 1 and the wider motorsport industry.  Our aim is to inspire and show students that their dreams are achievable by talking about the various departments and allowing them to read about the study paths of people already in the roles that students aspire to.  

We are talking to people throughout the industry who are giving us their take on what it takes to break into the industry and offering their words of wisdom for the next generation.
