Avivit Gruner

Avivit Gruner has a strong background in SOX and internal audit. Avivit started their career as a Senior Manager at Fahn Kanne Grant Thornton Israel in 2004, where they managed SOX projects in Nasdaq companies and conducted internal audits in various entities. Avivit also worked with global companies and conducted audits abroad, as well as assisted companies with Enterprise Risk Management. In 2019, they joined Magic Software Enterprises and Formula Systems as the Head of SOX and Internal Audit. In these roles, they had overall responsibility for SOX compliance and implemented cross-company projects, processes, and controls. Avivit also wrote and implemented procedures and policies.

Avivit Gruner completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University from 2001 to 2004.
