Phil Hornby is a Senior Hospitality Operations Manager at Formula 1, where Phil manages destination races worldwide and develops new business opportunities. Prior to this, Phil worked as a Formula 1 Event Manager at Absolute Taste, catering for McLaren race team and VIP guests.
