Justin Fernandez

Justin Fernandez is an advisor at Formus Labs. Justin has over 16 years of experience in academia and research. Justin was an associate professor at The University of Auckland for 11 years and 6 months, during which time they also served as the associate director of postgraduate studies, senior lecturer, and research fellow at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. Justin then spent two years as a research scientist at CSIRO before moving to the University of Melbourne, where they spent four years as a postdoctoral research fellow. Justin's experience and expertise in academia and research make him well-suited to their current role as an advisor at Formus Labs.

Justin Fernandez has a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Auckland in the field of Bioengineering, which they obtained in 2004. Justin also has a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Auckland in Engineering Science, which they obtained in 1999. Finally, they have an education from St Gregory's College Campbelltown in NSW, Australia, which they obtained in 1993.
