Dr. Shenita Willis Alsbrooks

Dr. Shenita Willis Alsbrooks, MBA, SHRM-CP, pHCLE, currently serves as the Coordinator of Recruitment and Retention for Forney Independent School District since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles in Mesquite Independent School District as Assistant Principal and Student Success Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing academic performance strategies and supporting campus operations. Alsbrooks has taught business education at the Dallas Independent School District and held various positions in employee relations and human resources management at Watkins Motor Lines and Dallas County Schools. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University and multiple certifications in school administration and business education.
