Scott Regan

Scott Regan currently serves as the Area Sales Manager for Highland Homes since January 2024. Regan is also involved in the Forney Independent School District as a Board of Trustee's member, having been elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2020 and 2023, where responsibilities include representing a rapidly growing public school district and managing a $271 million budget. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Operations and Finance for the North Texas District of the AG, overseeing financial reporting for $30 million in assets, and managing food services and other operations for a large property. Scott Regan was a City Councilman in Forney from 2013 to 2017, and held the position of General Manager at Aramark for 18 years before that. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
