Pushpa Rana has a wealth of work experience, starting with their role as a Management Trainee at B.Braun Medical India Pvt Ltd in 2010. Pushpa then moved to Benchmark Six Sigma in 2011, where they held the role of Market Manager. In 2013, they joined RateGain, where they held the roles of Manager Customer Success - Enterprise Accounts and Associate Account Manager. In 2018, they moved to ZephyrTel, where they were a Customer Success Manager for ME & APAC. Currently, Pushpa is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Fornova since 2019.

Pushpa Rana completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2011. Pushpa also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from RABQSA in December 2011. Prior to that, they had completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Punjabi University in 2009. Additionally, they hold a RYT200 certification from Yoga Alliance.
