Lauren Tilghman

Lauren Tilghman has an extensive work history in human resources and administration. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Foro since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Beeline from September 2020 to June 2022. Before that, Lauren worked at Red Ventures as a member of the Human Resources team from October 2019 to September 2020. Lauren also held positions at Apiture, where they acted as the Director of Human Resources from January 2019 to September 2019, and as a Human Resources Manager from May 2018 to January 2019. Lauren began their career at Live Oak Bank, where they gained experience in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist from January 2016 to May 2018, Human Resources Generalist from January 2014 to January 2016, and Assistant Analyst - Intern from November 2012 to December 2013.
