Frodi Norden

Frodi Norden has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Frodi started their career as a Sales and Technical Advisor at P/F Maria Poulsen & Co. in 2005 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they had a short internship as a Telecom Engineer at Føroya Tele (Faroese Telecom) in 2017.

After completing their internship, Frodi worked as an IT Operations and Support specialist at Rosenfelt & West Engineering A/S from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also served as a Student Representative at Huawei Technologies for a brief period in 2016.

In 2018, Frodi joined TT-Netværket P/S as an Assistant Telecom Engineer before transitioning to roles with increasing responsibilities at 3 Danmark. At 3 Danmark, they initially worked as a Network Engineer from 2019 to 2020, being responsible for the access/backhaul network. Later, they became the Access Network Planning Lead - Rollout & Swap, managing a team of network engineers and overseeing all aspects of the backhaul network, including the rollout of new sites and 5G SWAP.

In 2021, Frodi took on the role of a Senior Network Consultant at Telia until April 2022, when they joined Føroya Tele (Faroese Telecom) again, this time as a Senior Network Engineer. Additionally, Frodi launched their own company, Norden Telecom Consulting, in 2021 and has been functioning as the Owner & CEO.

From 2017 to 2019, Frodi Norden attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark and obtained a Master's Degree in Telecommunication.

Prior to their master's degree, from 2013 to 2016, Frodi Norden also attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Network Technology and IT.
