Owen Richards

Owen Richards is the Founder and CEO of Air Marketing, an end-to-end sales and marketing agency established in January 2016, providing outsourced solutions that enhance business results. In addition to leading Air Marketing, Owen is the Founder of Seed Talent, focusing on recruiting exceptional SDR talent for SaaS organizations globally, and a member of the private community Revenue Collective. Previously serving as the UK Managing Director at Forrest Marketing Group and Founder of Roots2Market, which merged with Air Marketing in 2022, Owen has a strong background in business development exemplified during the tenure at Reuben Sinclair Ltd, where a new business function was created. Earlier career experiences include significant roles in sales and operations management at Forrest Marketing Group and teaching at Brightsparks Co. Owen holds a BA Hons in English Language and Theatre Studies from Roehampton University and 'A' Levels from Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys.
